and also some capoeira for my little ones I need some information about where the lessons are going to be, how old you have to be to start capoeira and also the schedule and prices.

The capoeira looks like something worth not only to see but also to try. I am aware that many physical activities are attractive but combination of martial arts, dance and having fun is something really great. These kind of advanced training methods could be a way to bring people to more active living. Modern work and spending free time model is very lazy-kind and so many people are nowadays suffering from obesity. Such proposals like yours should be advertised more and become accessible to anyone who would like to change life from couch-occupant to healthy and strong person.

The flash in this photo looks terrible. I mean it looks like you’re all having a great time but I don’t think taking group pics with a flash is the wisest idea

Those were pretty long. But there were some bits worth checking out. I’d suggest you get adobe premiere or even windows movie maker and just cut out the most interesting parts, put some music in and do an awesome montage!
